We realise that as a service company we will be evaluated by the quality of our team. We are constantly looking for qualified technicians that know what they are doing, are "happy" to work in the confines of an engine room, and can talk to our customers. We are very fortunate to have found an elite few that fit those requirements.

Our search for Marine Technicians identified a significant gap in the New Zealand work force. Since 2015 we have been working with NZ Marine to help plug that gap. Byron was our first graduate through the NZMAC ITO apprenticeship scheme, and the company currently have three new apprentices at various stages through the four year course. Again we are happy our apprentices have the aptitude and attitude, and are quickly picking up the skills.
